Office-based, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project objectives, milestones,

    and deliverables, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting discussions, and

    tracking follow-up actions to support clear communication.

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies to address project requirements, secure

    permits and approvals, and resolve emerging issues.

  • Develop technical documentation and design information for regulatory submissions.

  • Conduct risk assessments, identify potential challenges, and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize

    delays, cost overruns, and quality concerns.

  • Review and validate engineering drawings, designs, and specifications to ensure compliance with project

    requirements, industry standards, and regulations.

  • Collaborate with drafting teams to prepare deliverables including Plot Plans, PFDs, P&IDs, Isometrics, and

    3D models.

  • Support procurement by assisting in vendor selection, bid evaluation, and procurement of equipment,

    materials, and services while ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel, contractors, and subcontractors during

    construction, installation, and commissioning phases.

  • Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain good standing with applicable regulatory

    bodies.

     

Qualifications and Experience

  • Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGA, in good standing.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience executing facility and/or pipeline-related projects.

  • Strong understanding of industry codes, standards, and guidelines.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
