Office-based, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project objectives, milestones,
and deliverables, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting discussions, and
tracking follow-up actions to support clear communication.
Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies to address project requirements, secure
permits and approvals, and resolve emerging issues.
Develop technical documentation and design information for regulatory submissions.
Conduct risk assessments, identify potential challenges, and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize
delays, cost overruns, and quality concerns.
Review and validate engineering drawings, designs, and specifications to ensure compliance with project
requirements, industry standards, and regulations.
Collaborate with drafting teams to prepare deliverables including Plot Plans, PFDs, P&IDs, Isometrics, and
3D models.
Support procurement by assisting in vendor selection, bid evaluation, and procurement of equipment,
materials, and services while ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel, contractors, and subcontractors during
construction, installation, and commissioning phases.
Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain good standing with applicable regulatory
bodies.
Qualifications and Experience
Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGA, in good standing.
Minimum 5+ years of experience executing facility and/or pipeline-related projects.
Strong understanding of industry codes, standards, and guidelines.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
