Office-based, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Roles and Responsibilities
Work within the civil engineering and design team.
Perform analysis and design of structural systems and components for Oil & Gas facilities under the supervision of a Professional Engineer.
Structural design includes piperacks, equipment supports, skids, buildings, etc.
Coordinate 3D modelling and 2D drawing preparation with structural designers.
Specify and select structural materials, components, and construction methods based on engineering principles, project specifications, and cost considerations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to integrate structural designs with overall project requirements and objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
2-5 years of structural design experience
Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
